Connecting Your First Integration

Overview

Integrations allow you to connect third-party tools to your workspace. We support Salesforce, Slack, Jira, and dozens of other platforms.

Salesforce Integration

To connect Salesforce:

1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Salesforce
2. Click Connect and log in with your Salesforce admin credentials
3. Select which objects to sync (Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities)
4. Configure field mapping
5. Click Save & Activate

The initial sync may take up to 30 minutes.

Slack Integration

Go to Settings > Integrations > Slack, click Add to Slack, authorize the app, and choose notification channels.

Jira Integration

Go to Settings > Integrations > Jira, enter your instance URL, authenticate with an API token, and select projects to link.

Troubleshooting

If an integration fails to connect, check that credentials have sufficient permissions. Firewall rules or SSO restrictions may also block the connection.
