Dashboard Overview
Your dashboard provides a real-time snapshot of key support metrics. It refreshes automatically every 60 seconds.
Key Metrics
- Open tickets — total unresolved tickets
- Average first response time
- Average resolution time
- Customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Ticket backlog — tickets older than 24 hours without a response
Performance Optimization
If the dashboard is loading slowly, try these steps:
- Reduce the date range
- Remove widgets you do not actively use
- Check your internet connection
- Clear your browser cache
- Use a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge)
Dashboards with more than 12 widgets or date ranges exceeding 90 days may experience slower load times.
Exporting Data
Click the Export button to download reports as CSV or PDF. Scheduled exports can be configured under Settings > Reports.
