Managing Your Subscription Plan

Available Plans

We offer four plan tiers: Team ($49/agent/month), Growth ($79/agent/month), Professional ($99/agent/month), and Enterprise ($150/agent/month).

Upgrading Your Plan

Go to Settings > Subscription > Change Plan. Select your new plan and confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated credit for the unused portion of your current cycle.

Downgrading Your Plan

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Review which features will no longer be available before downgrading.

Changing Your Billing Cycle

Switch between monthly and annual billing under Settings > Subscription > Billing Cycle. Annual billing offers a 20% discount.

Adding or Removing Agents

Add agents under Settings > Team > Add member. New seats are billed immediately on a prorated basis. To remove an agent, deactivate their account.
